4. Non-Refundable Situations

7. Subscription Cancellation

Important notes about cancellation:

8. Prorated Refunds

9. Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions:

  • After 30 days, no refunds for unused months
  • You can cancel to prevent auto-renewal
  • Access continues until the end of the annual period

10. Service Downtime Refunds

In case of extended service downtime:

  • Downtime exceeding 24 consecutive hours qualifies for refund consideration
  • Scheduled maintenance does not qualify
  • Refund amount is prorated based on downtime duration
  • Automatic service credits may be applied to your account

11. Billing Errors

12. Chargebacks

  • We aim to resolve all billing issues directly
  • Chargebacks may result in account suspension
